Luck e bot

Sometimes killing luck e bot doesn’t grant the player anything. This is a bug im pretty sure?

The new Big Luck Eternal doesn't usually spawn Luck E bots. Most of the time, BL20 spawns them. I think the new BL has a small issue with the current event.

Will get the spawning fixed, should be spawning off big luck eternal. I expect the 'no loot' is getting bonus xp when max level.
