Kinda weird the Sethayope's badge is only for pulls and not as loot in locks in general. Year of the Rabbit badge was available as normal lock drop and as 300 pulls reward so why can't this badge be lootable either?

Probably based on its uniqueness that stands out of majority of the badges, I'd say yeah. Just my 2 cents.

I personally never got a rabbit badge from the normal loot pool, so I think you might be wrong? (coming from somebody who opened 6-7 rabbit badges and they were all from the guaranteed pull) maybe im wrong? But pretty sure it wasnt pullable

It's guaranteed now when you finish up the guaranteed bar regarding opening event lockeds.
It wasn't guaranteed before the update that happened yesterday and it's now fixed. So it's nice to have that update yesterday that fixed that issue for those that are opening the lockeds
