Pure Mage. Stat changes.

Wanted to hear what you guys Think is the ultimate Enchanter lvl 45. Setup and gear.
Yes i know this been debated before. But after the resent changes, i would like to hear what you guys think.
Gear. Full Toth ? Or combined with isis.
Int/dex ? Or some str for Hp ?

How would your ultimate Chanter look.

a pure mage might be really good for pvp. i'm not sure because i haven't played anyone that great. i would suggest all thoth for a pure mage.
maybe add some dex to increase dps, hit% and critical.
