Would it be a hardcore endgame pvp guild? That's what I'm seeking for:3

I did research of my own while back and I cannot say that the guild and its members will ONLY PvP because at one point we all usually find ourselves in PvE; after level cap is raised even PvPers must farm for the newest, best gear.

But, yes, Carvinian Elite's main purpose will always be PvP. That is why recruits must have a good past experience in PvP. Carvinian Elite will consist of great PvPers.
