Refined bracelet is already OP enough we don’t need it to proc, in next awake event it’s prob gonna be able to awake 4% dex if you get 8% dex awake + 5 passive it’s 13% dex awake

introduce kraken bracelet but instead of a proc make it a passive like DOT, passive healing like undying orb, passive slow, anything other than a proc.

a mythic bracelet whould be nice but maybe with an ability or set bonus ability instead of a proc.
If i remember correctly cinco said something like he wants to add a set bonus to bracelets that have a ability like the dragon sword for example ( spawns dmging pools/poison )
But he also said that he probaply whould have to include the ring or pendant or even both since ss are to high of some palyers) therefor he whould need to make a worth enough set bonus for ppl to be glad to stop using there ss.
Bracelts are still under development so id say we are fine with the current ones, only thing they could add should be more possibilities for ppl to get the lv 81 legendary.
