he was a nob before he was lvl 70,
but then got a lot stronger,
training in Humania towne
Through the forums I swam,
Till I met the Pocket Poem Slam,
I dropped my cup of chrysanthemum,
When I saw the reward of sixty platinum,
For months I've been dreaming,
Of platinum I've been longing,
So STS do you agree,
To share some platinum with me?

true, poems do not have to rhyme, they only have to be musical. but poem contests have always had extraneous requirements, often requiring rhyme. besides, it's a good exercise to give yourself limits sometimes.
maybe i will get an idea. it's too bad you don't allow sonnets, which take 14 lines. i love sonnets

Sonnet form is kinda complicated.. The 2 last lines should be teaching something to the reader.. xD
Metaphors, Inplicit images, irony and critical stresses are welcomed xD..
Since I'm only french, using rich and elevated style is really complicated xD I did my best

With bear or bird or elf,
but taken was my favorite name,
the mirror of my self.
I added X's as a test
but that was taken, too.
I struggled nobly at this quest
until I turned deep blue.
At last I chose to give it up.
I did not like this sport.
So you may call me Pugtasnup
or Pug, or Snup for short.
