Lol! Perhaps I was being a little obtuse in my advice.
Pro tip: Learn who your officers are. You don't need to get to know them as well as I know my officers, but their in game names are a necessity. It is quite helpful in building a good atmosphere conductive to fun play if you do go beyond what's necessary, though. I would venture to say that besides being gaming partners that me and the other officers in IU are good friends. Good enough that we've exchanged Facebook reqs. Trust is a valuable commodity, and you can't fake that or expect it if you don't even know who your officers are.

Meh, no skin off of my back. My guild is successful, and as long as we keep doing what we are doing, it will remain so. IU isn't just another flash in the pan guild like so many right now.
