I think haste cap is 70-80% which we can already achive with procs and pets... So I don't think haste is required.

U mean way higher.
Anything above 70% haste will be divided by 9 then added back to 70%
With the right procs and aa u can easily hit 80%+ haste even with the reduction after 70%

He is right, skills do go to waste if this ever get implemented, it'll become mindless spamming of skills.

Good side of having minimal haste is you still have to rely on timings on critical situations.

Ideally, should be a split between the types of statistics for gems and the types of statistics for enhancements. Gems came out well before enhancements and it's far easier to add new enhancements.

I don't think adding haste gems will happen.
