Harvested from plants that emerge from bloodstains in the Scourging Grounds.

Here are some hints:

The item is not a 'rare' drop from monsters.

Like the description says:
Death Blossom is harvested from plants that emerge from bloodstains...

Making the plants emerge from these bloodstains is the trick.


Steps:

Lure a miniboss monster to one of the bloodstains in the Scourging Grounds.
*miniboss monsters have yellow targeting circles beneath them

Defeat the miniboss while it is on top of the bloodstain to make a Death Blossom plant emerge.

Only one Death Blossom can be harvested per plant.

When the next boss wave is complete all Death Blossom plants will die.
*boss monsters have the red targeting circles beneath them

Subsequent minibosses can be used to re-spawn the plants.

Lich Energy drops from Corvis the Golden. It is a traditional rare drop.

Can you make the blood pool bigger ?

To get those blossoms from event, you need to pull bosses to the blood stains and kill them while they stand on it. Only 1 player can get a blossom/boss. Hope this helps some of you!

Is it a chance to spawn? I've killed several bosses directly on an empty blood pool but sometimes it doesn't spawn, just wondering

After wave 20 the chance increase per wave at lich golden
