House walls/floors

What about making some preset walls/floor sets for houses like you could choose a few options, light , dark wood ect

I suggest a larger wall decoration to make rooms with less space in the house. (covering with your suggestion, those walls would have different color tones)

I occasionally visit public houses in the home show and current houses feel so cramped. I agree, it would be nice to have more open floorplans, larger floorplans, as well as customization for walls/floor.

I'll add this to the list of housing suggestions.
