The forgotten warrior founder set

Several years back there was an event. In this event there was an npc that resembled purple founder, exalted, and crusader except it was GREEN. I am curious if there is any hope in seeing this return as an equipable vanity for War. Thanks

Wow you just triggered an old memory of mine, I remember the event, it was for the 2013 best game banner. Anyway NPC in question was Bryce:
