I purchased platinum a few days ago. I purchased the 2000 platinum one and i only recieved 100 but charged me $89.99. Can Spacetime cancel the order or give me all my platinum instead of partial? I have emailed the support guys everyday without a response. HELP ME ASAP!!!

Have you tried logging out and logging back in? Once, I was charged and not given the platinum but after doing 'that' I managed to get it. If you have already emailed STS, no worries, be patient and you will get it.
P.S, please check your email or iTunes credit if you have been charged accordingly!
