[Bug] 100 plats for nothing?

I spent more than 100 plats on ecliptic gem item pack and still couldn't get the ecliptic moon gem. Is it a bug? if not, please explain.

I almost quit this game when I spent 90 plats on some 25-plat pack and didn't get anything before the latest update.

Now, I am asking to give me back all my plats or I will quit the game for sure. Very disappointed.

Update: before I used up my plats (10 left), I finally got my ecliptic gem. But, I still want my plats back.

By the way, I sent an email about the crashing on Harg'Kyth Domain couples of days ago and haven't got any reply yet. Maybe I am just wasting my time on this game.

It's all chance and some get their first try and saddly some never get, it's all if you wanna blow it all on that or just buy a few and live with the disappointment if you never get or joy if you get in one try

Contact support, they will be able to help you out with your issue. As for the Harg'kyth crash it's currently a known but very hard to reproduce issue.

I think there is a button on the UI that confirms whether or not you want to purchase the item. Did they change that? At most I would expect them to you the gem (which you obviously thought was worth it since you kept going).

Hard to reproduce internally. In our tests so far we've never had the game crash in this map while doing things like updating apps in the background, playing pandora, and multiple other things to stress the phones in question. If we can't reproduce it internally effectively it becomes a real gray area because we don't know what may be the cause. We're basically guessing in the dark, and have made some optimizations to things like particle density and the like to attempt to help the problem but they do not seem to be effective at present.

Just fyi, there is a note in the bottom of the email reply from cs. All information in the email is confidential. As in do not post on forum about specifics. Cs is accommodating as i have contacted them before for a similar issue. Glad to hear it worked out for u.

Why do people sudden think that sts would read their email the day the person sent it.devs mods or whoever does support cant look through hundreds of emails just to find your be patient
