While the scenario doesn't specifically prevent you from entering, it is NOT balanced for twinks.

Go with higher level Legends or use your well-equipped advanced characters for this.

Could do but more fun on are well equipped lvl 1-15 + if there was a possibility to get arcane gears those lvls we would love to open those locks as for the well equipped end game sets it is what it is hope you all like event.
