It says stacking on speed but it wont stack with speed lix and pet aa (i tried guen and meph aa). is this right?

Guen and meph aa both give non stacking speed.

30%speed lix is non stacking too. Only the 25%one from auc or plat stacks.
The non stacking wont stack because ss gives 100%speed non stacking so the other non stacking components are not counted as it only counts the highest non stacking stat.

Try to use heroic pere aa for stacking speed.
