Auction item sold alert won't turn off

I have it unchecked but i'm still getting the alerts

So it looks as if there are 3 parts to this. One is the alert in the Alerts panel (which the toggle affects), one is the hud system message, and one is the chat output. Sounds like what you are expecting is the to keep the alert in the alert panel, keep the chat output, but remove the hud system message.

Yes, I meant the hud message can't be turned off.
