Planar vendor backpack usable for all classes

Is it possible to make the backpack vanity of planar vendor be usable for other class? i really love the strap of the backpack and would love to see my rogue wear em hehehehe

Yess the priya balloon too i forgot lol

Also could yall adjust the angle of it make it similar to Shiny balloons where it looks like its tied behind our character? The current look of Priya's balloon is just floating on our back
