event bracelet for lvl 20

hey i would like to know why the lvl 20 epic bracelets have such difference in stats while the lvl 50 for example has the same dex int str stat?

would love to see them on even stats on lvl 20 too

Maybe to give people a motivation to play also other classes than rogue

I just noticed this as well, at least give the dex one a small amount of crit dmg
