Why do Chest keys no longer open massive or legendary locked chests

I have some chest keys and noticed that they will no longer open unlocked chests except for those legendary locked chests that use 5 plat to open. Even tho I have chest keys it takes plat now to open the locked chests. This is so sad that you did this, rip anyone buying chest keys to sell as now they are all worthless unless this is only for those ppl that earned the chest keys. It's another example of you making ppl buy plat to do anything in the game. I don't recall seeing in content changes you doing this.

Yes I also have plat but before my chest keys would open all locked chests. Now they only unlock those chests that take 5 plat to open and the rest need plat.

Not sure what Chest Keys are. Are you referring to Crate Keys? If so, Crate Keys don't open unlocked chests.

If you're referring to locked chests, what is the exact name of the chest are you trying to open? It could be that the chest is not configured properly.

Yes they are crate keys and I was able to open all locked crates with my crate keys before, whether they were massive or legendary. Now they won't open any locked massive or legendary chests except the legendary chests that take 5 plat to open, then the keys show up to use to open them. I was able to open a wide assortment of massive chests before and opened many including nightmare, holley, and ancestral crates. Now when I try to open them the keys don't show up and only plat will open them. This is new.

I tested with and without Platinum and with and without Crate Keys. Things work for me as expected and Crate Keys are consumed first if you have them.

Give me the exact name (what you see in the UI) of the crate so I can try to reproduce. Even better would be a screenshot.

So sorry, the problem was on my fault. I hadn't opened enough of the crate keys to open the massive crates. Sorry to waste your time but appreciate your quick answer. Thread ended.
