Buff Kraken Sword DoT (damage overtime)

Hello, developers,

I am a warrior class main and I mostly play PVE. I've been using the Kraken sword weapon for quite some time now, and I've noticed that its damage over time is disappointingly low for a boss weapon.

If possible, could we please have the weapon buffed its DoT a tad bit, just a bit more to the point where warriors can at least burst down Elite Rahab's health to 50%-60% without relying on switching gears?


Now, if it's not doable, can you please explain the rationale why you guys cannot buff the weapon?

Yes Warriors boss killer weapon is sadly weak. Even with a switch to 2k3 str saber 10k dmg cause of lix you cannot burst down 50%e rahab standard Life bar.
Sadly it’s the most consistent weapon and the easiest to use for bosses.
Nept does more dmg with the same zaar stats but it’s pretty hard and exhausting to use nothing compaired to mage and rogue weapons.

Kraken sword needs a buff on proc damage or a buff on proc duration to be good like kraken gun and bow.

With consequent a damage buff it would be as good as those.
But with a proc duration buff it would at least be useful for some bosses.

Neptaris+kraken armor and zaarus set do more dmg then kraken sword+Kraken armor and zaarus set. Even with full kraken items can t do dmg 1 phase. Anyway it is what it is.

You can do 1st phase with kraken when you reach 2k7 str that is just too pricey for the average war that I am and you use 50%dmg elix.

You can do it with Zaar set easily. It's much cheaper too.

Kraken set, you only use it for procs.
