Can't complete all 193 quests

I've completed every quest including the dragonet quest. I have no idea how to complete the daily blessing quest on my 71 character. I've gotten nearly every daily blessing on time. On my now 66 Mage I completed the quest by talking to Bishop Bill. My 71 bear continues to just get just a white question mark above bill's head. Anybody know how to finish this quest? Or does it never end?

What it should have done was take you to the blessings menu, then you accept or hit I'll be back. Once you did that you were supposed to talk to him again, at least that's what happened with me.

Yep, I did that. Yet it still won't complete the quest for me.

You have to go to Forest Haven. I remember completing it in forest haven by talking to an NPC but I cant remember who. I suggest hosting the first chapter and running through the whole campaign. Since you are a 71, it will be so easy and fast, less than 5 minutes.

What I do is I go to "Forest Haven: Unfair Trade" which is the second chapter, and I accept the quest from Bishop Bill, which leads me to the "daily blessing" page. I then tap on the "I'll be back." button, then I turn in the quest.

Maybe try it when your blessing is ready? I find sewers last quest or the last 4 fang quests.
