Vanity Unfavorite On It own

I have a problem with my weapon gem vanity pet etc couldn't favorite after I trade it to my alt for title or after my friend return it to me. It been like this for a month now. I did try to favorite it but after I go offline and come back all those stuff become unfavorite again. Is there anyway to fix it pls ? Tysm
