Buff Fumigator Goblin Bracelet

Any chance to buff this bracelet?
I did a simple test of this bracelet's proc alone in different map across arlor.
The damage is decent for expansion below Graveyard. Above graveyard, this bracelet is totally useless. The DoT damage is only 1.5% of minion HP in graveyard. Not to mention how much it do damage to mobs in fester, vardan and zodias.

Combining it with weapon (pisces,aqua,duggar,dozsr axe) is also useless.

Maybe buff the damage?

Yeah cause It is the only one it is the strongest so it has the right to be bad as hell lol.
In fact the armor reduction is pretty useful to clear mobs.

Yeah they are the same with lower rarity that doesn’t count lol.

I would be fine with the damage if it at least helped with triggering procs, but that isn't the case unfortunately.

I feel the same way. Sometimes I feel like the proc of the bracelet hindered the other gear's procs from activating or at least delayed when I tested it out.
