Honestly speaking, no point in bringing back stuff from older events , let them retain their exclusivity . It's not that hard to bring newer low lvl equipment that is better or looks decent.
Well, thats the point... It is not hard to produce new low lvl gears that is better, but many events have passed, did even sts manage to think about bringing new low lvl gears? Nop, but instead they're more focusing on end game.

they gave new low level gear in almost every recent event, even a mythic wep which everyone wanted to be low lvl too and then cried about procs ruining pvp
and they should focus on endgame since thats where the majority of players r, they even stated the game is meant to be played on the highest level multiple times, u r playing low levels on your own risk
