There was a discussion thread about this many months ago I believe. Ultimately when the repricing/restructure/relaunch of Dark Legends happened a lot of the high end priced items fell into this kind of category. In the future these kind of things will be avoided, and refunds and the like for said items purchased during the initial launch window will likely not be honored.

I got it on deal of the day BEFORE the price restructuring, and this is new one is even cheaper than that. So much for getting a deal based on current prices.
