I tried using tempest coil of dark matter and blackstar sheild but they dont work........ there isnt a glowing efftect or any thing like those stars some ppl have.

Though, when you reach lvl 42+ it's best to lose the shield and legendary gun combination
Also you can pick up the old legendary guns for quite cheap in CS if needed.

By the way, speaking of combos - have you noticed that epic uzi have a chance to deal AoE?
not every time, but sometimes they do. I think that's the effect of the 'burst' fire.. Can't confirm the probability of perk though
the other strange thing is that legendary ones does not have this ability

That's what i thought but then i thought of diversity we were introduced and maybe this case with uzis was done on purpose
You finish the quest of 250 and 500 tokens almost at the same time - so your choice seems obvious (pink FTW) - but then u notice this 'burst' perk and start to think...
The only downside (in general) is that weapons, though having funny descriptions, lack their abilities noted loud and clear

For coms i choice
Prime napalm - fastest gun on doing dmg. All class. I also use this gun to kill eng in pvp.
Keystone 9 something - good for tanking.mob. I Use this vs Op.
Theres also one handgun revolver that other people use than napalm. I forgot the name:P
The Name of the revolver is Hard 6
Theres Upgraded Hard 6, Customized Hard 6, Larys Hard 6, and others

Weapon and Shield Bonus Combos with 36 Cap. If you are still not sure, check the thread out I posted above OP. (Nova+Blackstar Shield etc)
