If new expansion will come next month then adjustment is fine but if new expansion will coming next yr, then reducing xp in quest is not yet necessary so that there is still time to max lvl to 81. I guess this is not the kind of update we are expecting. Same with removing inv slots in token vendors

Check the wording, i will go out on a limb to say that it is better to turn quests in closer to your lvl. Try that before dooms day~
This is unfair for seasonal hc that started after update

XP didn't decrease at all if doing level appropriate quests, only for substantially lower ones.
