Kill Numa Boss, receive "Double Scorn" achievement = Quest to go to Colony for tokens. (Quest for tokens is available in the map too)

to start the quest u need to be L45 or higher.

1. u need to be lvl45
2. go to the STS-25 lvl
3. u can get the quest
