Does luck cap at 100%

I’ve never thought of this before but some of my guild mates say it caps at 100%, so it doesn’t matter if my luck is 165%? It caps at 100%

Why would it go above 100, there is no difference in percentage if there is something above 100. Normal range is 0-100% in most cases.

I think it is less than 100% because otherwise it would give 100% an item every time you kill enemies

Every mob does not have multiple items of ascending rarity. Some may have different rarities but that doesnt mean they are on the same Loot Table.

Luck caps at 100%. You can't have a "110%" chance to loot something if 100% means guaranteed already. Anything over 100 is a waste.

It is a percentage of throwing the roulette wheel again, if you drop 1 thing and the ad does not appear, logically it is not 100%

Try using 100% luck in egg hunt event. You won't loot 1 green egg. Yes loot table is a thing for other stuff but 100% is the cap for luck.
