I understand that fully, still I've been a mod/admin for many gaming sites, I would at least PM them, and see what I could do to help.
Previously "No Support on Weekends" made sense, new up and coming company, now the amount of money that must go into these games/titles is outstanding, they should at least take the time to consider others or see them as their paying customers.
As Ely and such have said they have helped them over the weekend, so it's not "impossible".
