Regarding on Engineer's Transference

Hello. I just notice this. When i'm using transference with Damage Elixir is kinda bugging. Like i used this skill everytime. And everytime i targeted an sniper or the ranged vular(In STS map) I just literally died. Yeah as you said that transference need some distance on the target. But the truth is, even in longest range of that skill gives me instant death. Most of ppl that i've played noticed it. Those Main Class is eng are kinda confused, try it. You'll noticed it. But hope this one gets fixed.
