Make other Arcanes for low level droppable?

So we have been introduced to a new tomb that drops arcane items. Why won’t devs also try to make the other arcanes droppable such as death engines or ebon (also bound) this could help the level/item gap of new players who are also new (as we all know that the system right now is hard which really requires boosting from other end game players) this also make arcane legends more grindable for new players.

My suggestion:
-Ebons (Arcs 71)could drop in Deep Marsh which only opens at certain time
- Death Engines (Arc 76) could drop in EVGs which also only open at certain time

Ofc what would u expect for new players to have instant 5m? Have 500 gl? Have gears? One reason why a lot of beggars in town just asking for some eggs or golds barely to buy their gears. Go try make a new char then lvl up way until 76 and see how many golds u will get in a campaign

1-2 events is all new players need to make decent gold .
And in my opinion if anyone starting playing al
Atleast it should take them a month to reach level cap and there are low level elite chests and other stuff and jewels too .
And after reaching level cap 1 wvent is enough to give you good mythic set .
And decent pet combo .

The drop rate of those chests is terrible, I did 100 runs for aps you know how many chests I got? 1., 1 singular chest (I have around 90% luck)
