So how come the devs didn't say anything about the obvious raise in the drop rate of many rare items?

EDIT: oh and would anyone like to go and count the infinite suggestion threads suggesting FH recipes and 56 glyph drop rates being raised? I think the devs commented on a few, and then players just did it for them "this has been suggested a lot and the devs said no. It's not going to happen". Well, guess it happened..
