Will the catacomb vanity components be permanently removed from players’ inventory when the event ends?

Yes. When the event cooldown period is over.

Any item that has a countdown indicator will be removed when the countdown reaches zero.

This is unfortunate. As those who are restricted due to RL commitments will have a very hard time farming the components to craft the catacomb vanities.
