"Allow the Officer to Edit the Guildhall"

Tbh, our Guild are always organized Guild Event, Gathering and Mini game in the guildhall. For this reason, I suggest to allow the officer to edit the guildhall in order to facilitate the master's work and also save our time.

So, the Officer can replace the master if the master is unable to attend and handle the guild event. This will help a lot act!

The only thing I saw is, officers can only change Motd and Rec/Kick players ,so why not right?
