Crate token vendor

please add a create token vendor for lv76 arcane gears. It's has been 3 years since the gears came. It should have their vendor by now, just like the ebon gears, crate token vendor in fester outpost....the dev already said that they will consider when expention arrive which is now....but seems like the devs have forgotten @asommers

Our current plan is level cap - 15, which would put 71s in vendors.

Arcane 71s have been out there for years. It's about time to add 76s. 10 levels gap is more than enough.

If your concern is that people will not spend plats on crates - they will because it is how you get crate tokens in the first place.
If your concern is that it will impact game balance - hardly it will as 76s arcanes suck comparing to kraken.

I am almost at crate tokens cap for awhile because there's nothing worth buying and I just keep buying arcane shards so that my tokens don't go in vain.
