Hi, do you have a question? How can I increase my chances of dropping an arcane item in cata, does luck elixir help or hinder?

I think double boss elixers help, as it just double the drop from bosses. Not too sure about cata.

But previously for some events, they did cap the luck effectiveness at like legendary or mythic. Eg luck won't increase drops for arcane, but will increase drops at mythic/legendary.
