In my opinion, it's Guard 6. He seems to have no "real" armor, and also is using a pitchfork, which seems unprofessional compared to the others. He is the odd one out, and could be an impostor or a simple solder from the militia.

Im going with 2. He seems to be wearing the best gear for going out and adventuring. Probably has a pile of stories from his adventures. The other guys mostly have ceremonial armor and just either sit all day guarding some door way or to pompous to give you the time of day.

1. because I'm curious to find out if he's wacky or wise lol - his eyes are laughing but can't see his whole face so hmmm. My first impression is he's got some wicked-heavy-duty armor so he's battle-tested and wise. But on the other hand, the position of his hands on weapon(I mean business) and his feet pointed out(meh or wuh...derrr...zzz) could mean he found some poor dead schlub's armor and weapon and thought it'd make a great raincoat hence, just wacky...bet his name is something like: Suh Govna lol.

I would go for number 1 - he is the only one with his face covered, and that means he has something to hide!

I'd say #2. He looks kinda like an ex-bandit that wandered the forests and lands before he was hired as a castle guard. Due to his days of roaming and exploring, he would've quite a store of information in check, wouldn't he? (IMO he look like some kind of Robin Hood lol)
