I just did lichly concentration ap with 3 other people and all of them received the ap but me. I died during the encounter but one player died multiple times and another dc'd, they all got it. Is this a bug?

I was there for this run. We all received aps except Zone. We all also died and as stated above, one player even DC from game and still received the APS.

Really, depends when you died - you have to be alive for all of the usages.
