    Default KINETIC RES. for commando

    Kinetic res. for commando which grants u a buff of mana is flawed. When allocating points for skils, the more points u put the better the advantage. And it seems its not so when kinetic is at 5 points, description stating it grants 10 mana regen points for 5 seconds. which is false. which the new battlefury gear your base mana regen is 2. so when u buff kinetic, ur supposed to add 10 on top of ur base mana regen which is 2. 10+2=12 LIES? still shows 10. hope u can resolve this issue. because it seems commandos get the short straw because we cant utilize nebula in pvp which i dont understand why. engies and ops have full advantage of this. how bout u show coms some love and throw in nebula. thx for fixing the kinetic res issue for commando.. i hope.
