Endless set 81 bug

Hey! I dont get the 25% armor from the endless set(81) ,not even the stats command shows me the extra 25% .

If i use for exemple anky ,if i type /stats ,i get the 25% armor and also the effect (5.7k armor to 7.2)

Can someone explain me where is that 25% armor applied? Cayse maybe im wrong saying that hit is a bug
