I have both an Iphone 11 and 13 with the same issues. Loading app is fast as usual and getting into my character no issues just pressing play or trying to change characters I will get stuck. Iphone 13 currently waiting 23 mins or so and has been stuck since 1:30 around that time cuz for some odd reason it updated and kicked me out.
