From my understanding Arcane xp kit, Mythic xp kit , elixirs as well as make up kits are drops so considering both Arcane and Mythic is higher on the loot table.Originally Posted by Choco_blanco
I don't recommend wearing luck because if your original drop was a vanity, luck will reroll it into a item higher on the loot table and you can loose the vanity drop. But it is just a suggestion, you can try 100% Luck and test the results. It is entirely up to you.

If you rolled a vanity, it never rerolls, so that is not an issue.
Speaking of vanities can we get the legendary explorer armor added to the loot pool yet?
