Ok so, I was just wondering if Big luck actually helps w/ rerolls, I know Bigger Luck does but not so sure on Big Luck. Thanks

I am pretty sure, the Little Luck vanity does not re-roll. I seem to remember that it did during St. Pats Day, but then they removed the luck re-roll.

In fact, I don't know. I believe it still has re-roll, but the only way to know would be countless runs of a dungeon with no elixir..

If i remember right, Little Luck had a 5% chance to reroll during the St. Patrick's day event. But unlike big or bigger luck, its reroll got turned off with the end of the event.
