Bes behr L10-17 twinks
In my opinion these are some of the greats in low lvl pvp who have stuck with 10-17 pvp throughout all the new weapons and gear updates, so here they are
L10 - sunblocks
L11 - yoonax
L12 - dtwelve
L13 - sugaaronja
L15 - bous
L16 - no idea not many ppl pvp there
L17 - would be toss up between gundamsone, restlessss and madeforpk

Sun will always be best 10. He has an f bow and shows up every other month or so. I dont care for Yoonax, if hes best 11 its only because no one else does a random level like 11. D12 is way better than Xore. Never heard of "crazy". Kayu has many kills but hes just experienced, not necessarily skilled, bous is better. 16 is yet another randoms PvP level so I agree with you there. 17 is between gunny and ent, there were a few good insoms (like 3s and 4s), but they cant compete with gunny and ent. 5s isnt near as good as 3s and 4s. Heck, ill make a list

Meh..I messed with 10-12 pvp awhile ago. If u have the right gear and know your distances, its pretty dam easy.Good players dont leave it up to the stomp, crits or proc.

Fight Gundamsone on a 17. I dont just say that because youd lose, hes one of my favorite people to fight. Him and restlesss. Hes just very smart about his fights.
17 might take more strat (Never tried it) l always got tired of low levels fast. I like ffa, and most ppl rage extra hard there. Not to mention the painfully slow regen.Fight Gundamsone on a 17. People are out to be the best at low level, and kdr is mostly where thats shown. The best way to get FFAs witgout ragers is to be in a guild and go around challenging other guilds. Heck, call your guild the best FFA guild and see how many come to take away your title. Make them play in fair lockeds. Thats how you get them to think less about kdr and more about proving the strength of their guild. A good team of 3 pre forgotten bow would be 2 bears 1 mage. Now, 3 birds would do fine, maybe 2 birds and a mage to heal if the birds ever needed it.
I saw sunblocks 2 days ago. So him being "not active at all" is false.
I'm giving 12 to D12...
15 to Bous.
17 to Ent/Imp.
Was he using a fb?
