+ Speak to Jarl Gruwald in town for quests and event info!
+ Complete the Jarl's "cake" quest to access a special Dragon encounter in East Windmoore.
+ Talk to Jarl to travel to this new area (or join your friends from the Social menu).
+ New Birthday Tier Rewards! A special addition for our 11th year in Arlor!
+ Open cakes to score a range of points. The larger the cake the more points you can earn.
+ Unlock an array of special titles as you ascend through Legendary, Mythic and Arcane Tiers!
+ A Birthday Farmer's Elixir will be available to give you additional loot from Arlorian bosses!
+ New pets will be available from pet egg vendors spawning after the Arcanax encounter!
+ Special 11:11 Birthday Aura and Wisp available this weekend!

We're not consistent, but they're just names. It's effectively Platinum tier, just renamed for this event.

Stillll very bad dmg in zodias normal map used to do 200-400 now does 400-800 dmg flamed out but thats still nothing normal zod mobs have 700-1.2m hp around there elite have 5-20mil hp that dmg no good

My guess is that the reason why the developers do not want it to deal more damage is because it will be broken for PvP.

Exactly, why does it have 25% Boss Damage if it's designed for PVP.

They should rework it so it's good at what it's intended purpose is. Which I am guessing is a boss destroyer pet for rogues.

Make the passive either buff CD like arcanite draguer, damage like sapphire, Amp damage like heroic neigher, or melt armor by alot.

Also the arcane ability makes no sense

I think the concept was to give rogue another skill-like aoe damage ability, because rogue is (supposed to be) single target dmg dealer.
Tbh I like the idea but the amount of dmg dealt is way to little on lv86 cap.
I think it should do enough dmg to do 10% of mobs hb without passive debuff and 20-30% with debuff to be useful.
