Can't connect

It starts to load then gets stuck on the authenticating page, I tried to re-install it now its updating but doesn't finish and says that I was disconnected, I am using an iPad....thanks for the soon to be reply if ever

It connects, but it seems to take forever. Trying to enter a town just gives me an eternal running man :/

I tried removing and reinstalling, and connecting from different networks on both Android and iOS with same results.
