I totally understand your frustration. With farming it is just random luck. I too wished those who spend platinum to purchase the elixirs have more luck in looting the best drops, but alas it is all random.

And my only advice is keep trying, the more you try and farm , in theory the higher your chances are to get that drop you desire. Who knows it might be more than one.
