Yes, there are sparkles associated with equipping either of the Legendary Rings.

Guys, we currently have 4 Elite Vanities. Simply equip 2 or 3 of them to get the corresponding ring. If you only happen to have one, get to 76, equip the new shield with your current vanity: BOOM, you get a ring.

Maybe in the future there can be even more epic rings for having 4 or 5 elite cap vanities. The rings are a good idea.

Elite vanities will not have any stats anymore. The elite stats and sparkles will come from the elite rings.

This won't affect me, but I want to ask this to clear it up for others. If you have two now, can you get the "two vanity" ring, then come back and get the "three vanity" ring after you reach 76 and get the new shield?
