Aimed and nox bug with haste

Hello sts team, as you can see in video i made,, aimed shot get bugged when there is high haste, at the end i used pierce for comparison ( because it work fine), also nox have same issue, please fixhttps://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/655caf5f...121_141559.mp4
